A. Article Submission Steps
The following are the general stages authors must follow to submit an article:

  1. Registration and Login

  • Authors must create an account on the journal’s website first.

  • If you already have an account, simply log in to start the submission process.

  1. Prepare Required Documents
    Before uploading, make sure you have prepared:

  • Complete article formatted according to the journal template (Word/.docx)

  • Abstract in two languages (Indonesian & English)

  • Brief biodata of all authors

  • Statement of Originality

  • Copyright Transfer Agreement (CTA)

  • Publication history list (if requested)

  1. Submission Process on OJS
    After logging into the system, follow these 5 main submission steps:

  • Start – Select article category and agree to ethical statements.

  • Upload Submission – Upload article documents and attachments.

  • Enter Metadata – Fill in author data, title, abstract, keywords, references.

  • Confirmation – Review the uploaded information.

  • Finish – Confirm submission; the system will send a notification.

  1. Editorial Notification
    After submission:

  • Authors will receive an automatic email confirmation.

  • Manuscripts will undergo desk evaluation by the editor.

  • Article status can be monitored via the author’s account in the journal system.

B. Estimated Processing Time

  1. Desk Review: 3–7 days

  2. Peer Review: 4–8 weeks

  3. Revision and Finalization: 1–2 weeks

  4. Online Publication: After the article is accepted and layout is complete

C. Important Notes

  1. Articles not following the template will be returned without review.

  2. Plagiarism above 25% will be immediately rejected.

  3. Communication during the process uses email and the OJS system.
