Copyright Transfer Agreement
A. Purpose of the Copyright Transfer Agreement (CTA)

To regulate the rights and obligations of authors and publishers.

To protect the intellectual property rights of the manuscript.

To prevent duplicate publication elsewhere without permission.

To support open distribution in accordance with the journal’s open access policy.
B. Rights Transferred
Through the CTA, the author agrees to transfer copyright to the journal, including:

The right to publish the work in print and electronic formats.

The right to distribute through national and international databases (DOAJ, Garuda, Google Scholar, etc.).

The right to permit the use of the article for non-commercial academic purposes (Creative Commons license).
However, authors retain moral rights, including:

The right to be recognized as the author of the work.

The right to use part or all of the article in:
a. Dissertations/theses
b. Textbooks
c. Non-commercial presentations -
The right to archive the article in institutional repositories (with proper journal publication metadata).
C. Author Responsibilities
By signing the CTA, authors declare that:

The article is original and free from plagiarism.

The article has never been published or submitted to another journal.
-
The article does not infringe on any third-party copyrights.
-
All authors have read and approved the content of the article.
D. Usage License
Typically, the journal uses the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial (CC BY-NC) license, which allows:

Readers to cite, share, and adapt the work for non-commercial purposes, with an obligation to credit the author and the journal.
E. CTA Document Format
The CTA document generally includes the following elements:

Identity of the Indonesian Journal of Agile Management (IJAM)

Full identity of all authors

Article title
-
Copyright transfer statement

Originality and publication ethics statement

Statement that the authors’ moral rights are retained

Approval of all authors (manual or digital signatures)

G. CTA Submission Procedure

After the article is accepted, the editorial office sends the CTA document to the authors.
-
Authors print, sign, and upload the document via the OJS/journal system.
The editorial office verifies and stores the CTA document as an official archive.
