A. Policy Objectives

B. Retraction Policy
Retraction is the action of withdrawing a published article due to serious violations of scientific integrity.

Articles will be retracted if:
a. Significant plagiarism (similarity ≥ 25%)
b. Duplicate publication without declaration (redundant publication)
c. Fabrication or manipulation of research data
d. Research ethics violations (e.g., falsified ethical approval)
e. Reporting inaccurate findings that endanger readers -
Retraction Procedure:
a. The Editor-in-Chief conducts an investigation into the alleged violation.
b. The Editor requests an official clarification from the author(s) within a set timeframe.
c. If proven, the Editor issues a Retraction Statement on the journal website, including:-
Title of the retracted article

Reason for retraction

Date of retraction
d. The original article remains available on the website with a “Retracted” watermark on every PDF page to preserve the scholarly record.

a. The article is no longer recognized as a valid publication.
b. Authors may face a publication ban for a certain period (typically 2 years).
C. Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawal is an official request by the author to cancel a manuscript before the publication process is complete.

Withdrawal is allowed only if:
a. The author finds a serious error in the data that cannot yet be corrected.
b. The author withdraws the manuscript before review starts or in the early stages of review. -
Withdrawal is NOT allowed if:
a. The review process is complete and the manuscript has been accepted.
b. The author wants to transfer the manuscript to another journal without valid ethical reasons. -
Withdrawal Procedure:
a. The author submits an official withdrawal request letter to the Editor-in-Chief, stating the reason.
b. The Editor decides whether to accept or reject the request.
c. If accepted, the manuscript status is changed to “Withdrawn” in the editorial system. -
Consequences of Unauthorized Withdrawal (e.g., after LOA issued):
a. Authors may be charged a withdrawal penalty fee.
b. Authors may face a submission ban for a certain period (e.g., 1 year).
D. Correction Policy (Minor Corrections)
If an article has been published and minor errors are found (e.g., typos, author name mistakes), the journal will publish a Correction Notice without retracting the article.
